I don't love it, but I like it a lot. I purchased a few loafs of this bread during my month on a Keto diet and it really helped me get through. It was about the only low carb bread I could find. It has a decent texture and toasts up nicely too. Is it just like regular bread? Well no. Nothing replaces regular bread in taste, texture, variety etc. If someone tells you it does, don't listen...not true.
That said it is good bread. Is it worth $8 a loaf...well no it's not. But it's about the only game in town that comes close to tasting like normal bread. So if you need a bread fix when on a low carb diet, this is a good choice.
I have since learned to make some homemade low carb bread but it does not rise much so it cannot be used to make a sandwich or toast. So when I need my bread fix, this is the way I go.

I received my bagels and my loaf of bread quickly and as promised. Oh. My. Goodness: delicious! It's REAL bread! On a ketogenic diet, it's so hard to find non-eggy bread, but this bread is hands down the best I've had. I ate a PB &J sandwich yesterday using the honey bread, and I was delighted to eat a sandwich again. My last shipment had mold on it. I was too upset to return it, but I did write an honest review. A rep from ThinSlim contacted me to explain that the manufacturer had an issue with the preservatives, that had been worked out-- then offered me a refund or replacement of my order. I really wanted to try the bread, so I accepted the replacement. I'm so glad I did! You'll need to refrigerate or freeze it up in receipt, and it keeps well without getting dry. I will absolutely order with this company again. Customer service was excellent!
Just made my first grilled sandwich and it was awesome. I coated the outsides with mayonnaise and filled the inside with salami, pickles, coleslaw (Check for carbs), spinach, swiss cheese, and pepperjack cheese. I cooked it in a pan on medium heat, just like grilled cheese. It’s honestly good bread. Not as moist as regular white bread, but that’s okay with me. Especially since I mostly toast my bread anyway. Will purchase again. Also, although the kind I got is honey flavored it is VERY mild. Still goes great with savory fillings.
I was a big-time bread lover. Switching to a keto diet, I missed having toast with my breakfast among other things. I decided to give this bread a shot. It's far from my favorite bread, but given the fact that it is carb free, it's about as good as it's going to get. It is quite pricey, but if you're like me and need some sort of bread substitute to stay on your keto diet, give this a shot!
I've been using the Keto way of eating for about 5 months, and I just discovered this bread. Having this bread means I can have a lovely grilled cheese sandwich again. Toasting this bread and then adding butter and my sugar-free coconut peanut butter makes a delicious and easy 3 carb breakfast (the 3 carbs is due to the peanut butter, not just the bread). I have also tried the Zero Carb bagels, and I like those too, but this bread is more versatile as I can use it for breakfast toast or for grilled sandwiches. Before I bought this for the first time, I was a little worried about the one or two people who said the bread was too sweet - I definitely don't find this to be the case. If anything, the very slight honey taste enhances my breakfast toast and is great with a grilled ham and cheese sandwich. Is the bread expensive? Yes, but you have to remember they don't have the same type of wide customer group as regular bread at all. Additionally, if I find products that help me significantly being happy and successful in Keto, that is well worth the money.

What a taste buds life savior. Read the reviews and decided to try the bread. Best ever out there that comes close to the high carb flour version. My husband and I are on the Keto diet.I had searched for a while for alternatives as my husband rejects all the home made egg and egg white versions of bread. The Honey was an instant success!!! The bread has a good smell to it. We toast the bread and then layer it with peanut butter, sugar free jam, cream cheese or my favorites once over lightly eggs. We tried the bread untoasted and it fell short in the texture and flavor. For us, lightly toasting was the key. My husband being a diabetic and on Keto diet restricts him greatly on many foods. He tested his blood sugar after eating the toast and peanut butter combo and found there was no spike in his blood sugar. Since we have reordered this already, I went through the manufacturer because through Amazon it comes via USPS. Well, where live, my carrier shoves it in my main box even though it has a caution label on it (UGG!!). Going through the Mfg. I can get it delivered via UPS ground shipping for just a few bucks more and its faster. Bravo ThinSlim foods!! Breakfast becomes more enjoyable now. The hubby is so much happier!!!
I like this company very much. I never bought this particular brand of bread though, the one carb per slice was my ‘go to.’ All I can say is WOW. This really is as good as the reviews. I thought where it was no carb =no taste. The texture is like some of the high quality breads from our bakery. The smell and flavor was delightful and the taste is delicious. I will be ordering this particular brand, honey wheat no carb, forever more.
I lost 51 lbs in 13 months with their one carb per slice bread and even used their bagels, which toast up yummy. I don’t know what they did to this recipe , however, they have built a better mouse trap. And don’t be scared of the shipping. They only charge me once and I order 4 loaves at a time. And it comes beautifully shipped and stays fresh.
I wish they had auto-delivery so I never run out.
Great stuff, really good taste for 1 net carb bread. I buy a lot of this stuff but have to buy it directly from manufacturer since Amazon does not give shipping discounts for multiple loaves order. I cannot do a low carb diet unless I can have bread so this bread is a life saver.
On its own, a little weird, but it's excellent for what it is - a means to an end. Think of it as just an ultra low carb vehicle to grilled cheese, avocado toast etc. Pricey, and I wouldn't bother with it if I could have regular bread, but oh when those home grown tomatoes ripen I'll be ready to have me a BLT. Hallelujah!
A great substitute for 'regular' bread when on a low-carb eating plan. I have been eating eggs for breakfast for about 4 months now, and really craving a piece of toast. I ordered this bread and it arrived, and I immediately had the heel slice (my favorite part!). I have always eaten either the artisan breads or the heavy high-fiber ones (and thus have become accustomed to eating bread that is like sawdust! <just kidding>), and this bread met my craving needs. It tastes pretty good, and toasted up nicely as well. For my first slice, I ate it without anything, and it was still a treat! Thank you to Zero Carb for making this bread.
