Very useful! I can start scanning after filling the first hold, then load the other two. Not as heavy duty as the original plus Tel holder, but eminently servicable
Having some 1600 slides of my own, and another 1000+ that my Dad shot over the years, I needed more than just the one tray that came with the 8100. I can be scanning and have two trays loaded so I don't get behind if I go to get a cup of coffee.
Got this item as a gift for my father to use with his optic view 8200 scanner. He had converted 4000 slides to digital and these 2 trays sped up the process. Highly recommended this especially if you plan on scanning a large number!
Good price, not much to say, they hold slides just fine and do the job with no problems.
The work perfectly in my Plustek Optic Film scanner. All kinds of mounted slides seem to fit (cardboard, plastic, etc.).
