I love Altoids. There's no and/if/or/buts. I have them throughout the day to help keep me alert and my breath minty fresh. I am a little ashamed to say that I've actually given myself a headache from Altoids overdose - yes, it's a thing. So, as a genuine Altoids addict, I can vouch for this bulk pack in terms of quality. This is not my first time buying this dozen pack, and most likely won't be my last. At first, I was a little tentative about purchasing after reading about issues like stale mints in some of the other reviews. Over the past couple years, I've yet to have any problem with the quality. The Altoids I've received from Amazon have always been exactly like their retail store counterparts - same taste, texture, etc. So if that's what you're worried about, I'd say no worries
If you're worried about not able to finish these before they go stale, I'd say you're probably fine. Each case is individually shrink-wrapped, and I've yet to run into any staleness issue. Granted I do go through them fairly quickly, but I really don't think it's an issue.
One final thing - the price on this seems to fluctuate quite a bit. I've seen as high as $12 to $23+ per dozen. If you're not in a big rush, I would keep an eye on it and stock up when it dips below the retail store price.
I have Gerd and I have used these meds for years at bedtime. It keeps things in my stomach moving down and away from my esophagus. Has been and very effective.
When I am out in the field doing sales, it is important to make a good first impression. Part of that first impression is the condition of my breath as I am talking with people. The last thing I want is for a potential customer to be turned off due to some foul odor coming from my mouth due to something I consumed at lunchtime. One way that I have found effective at preventing this sort of experience is to pop a couple of these tablets into my mouth a few minutes before I have a face-to-face meeting. If you have never tried them before, then you may not be aware of just how strong the minty taste is. It is very effective at mask in any underlying orders that you may or may not be aware you are spewing from your mouth.
I also use these as stocking stuffers for my three kids at Christmas time.
Altoids are the best mints. They were voted "best mints ever" by everyone, ever. They won the award for Best Mint in the whatever year it was Best Mint competition. They're amazing, I love them, and so should you.
The peppermint version is my favorite, but I enjoy all of the flavors I've tried (cinnamon, wintergreen, ginger) - all good.
For some reason, this 12-pack was sold for only $1 more than the 6-pack, so OF COURSE I BOUGHT THE 12-PACK.
They're fantastic. They freshen your breath and don't have a dumb amount of sugar like most other delicious mints. I don't know, maybe they make people think you're more good looking or something - who can say? I can't. But maybe... maybe they do. And time travel? They could help with that too.
Anyway, these are great - it really is a 12-pack of the full-sized Altoids tins, and you'll love them.
If you read this far, and I'll be shocked if anyone does, I'll note that I gave them 4/5 instead of 5/5 because they stopped putting the bizarre, hilarious "facts" on the inner paper - I loved those facts. Did you know, Altoids are made with the tears of pregnant mermaids? Anyway, those facts were hilarious. I miss them. So 4/5 instead of 5/5.

These Altoids Mints are a classic go to for fresh breath. No matter what the occasion, when you are close to someone you need to smell fresh. Sometimes toothpaste and mouthwash are just not enough. I personally take medication, leaving me with dry mouth and an after taste. I suck on these to refresh my mouth. I keep them in my car, purse, bedroom, kitchen and everywhere I need to just grab one quickly. The price point on these is better on Amazon than in the store. I am obsessed with amazon prime and free 2 day shipping. I avoid going to the store at all costs in the hot humid weather in the summer. These are a win, win for everyone. For those of you who smoke or drink and think we don't smell it, we do. These knock out the smell. I give these a solid four stars for packaging, durability, strength, shipping, and price point!

What a great deal on these! I paid $14.58 for 12 boxes for about $1.22 each these are usually $2.49 each at the store. They are the standard sized ones not the mini tins.
This is a great bargain! I thought that I was only getting 6 tins at this price. You are getting 12! Here where we live these altoids are 2.50 to 3 dollars a tin so I thought buying in bulk would be way better. It was. I actually bought these as a stocking stuffer and we still have lots of them left. Love these mints. They are so strong and really get the gross tastes out of your mouth and freshen your breath.
I paid full retail price for this item and this is my honest review.
Very strong mints, just as you would expect from Altoids. Super quality, very consistent. If I were purchasing again I might get the winter mint flavor instead of peppermint but both are good.
I have mentioned in another review that I actually just wanted the tins to store dog show collars and leds in
my travel bag. The tins are great quality and very useful
And it was lots cheaper to purchase these than
To purchase empty tins. I took most of the mints
To work and put them in the candy bowl. Everybody loves them, maybe just one now and again (they are very strong mints) but people keep coming back.
Minty, Tasty, Sugary, and a good deal.
This came exactly as described, all in great condition and nothing out of date.
Honestly, I bought this to get to enough items in my cart to get my add-on items to ship. But am happy I did, I now have a year's supply of Altoids! Which is great, since I always run out and forget to pick more up.
